- Why the name Conflict Coffee? Because the grains come from countries experiencing conflicts.
- Mikaël Portannier, a MOF (Best Worker in France), initially led the roasting program, then passed on his know-how to the team. We might as well tell you that the espresso is accomplished and tasty
- Online purchase possible of this exceptional coffee.
Outer Range Alps :
- 12 beers on tap brewed on site, more than 25,000 liters of beers!
- New beers almost every week, mainly IPA
- You can buy canned beers on site or online! The packaging is crazy!
- Discover their beer menu! My preference is for the Stout “Mellow Smoothness) and the Sour “Ridge Lines”
Chicken Scratch :
- We like having the choice between the 3 spice levels of “Nashville Hot Chicken” (whole fried and spicy chicken leg, white bread, pickles, side dish and sauce of your choice)!
- The GOOD DEAL: On Wednesdays, 1 free beer if you opt for level 3!
- Various original dishes to share
American atmosphere, in the heart of Colorado, you order at the counter and sit wherever you want! Whether to drink a coffee, eat or enjoy a beer. You are even welcome to telework and benefit from their wifi or bring your furry friend!

Specializing in IPA, 🍺 discovers a wide selection of beers including the one of the moment which changes regularly!
We love the “chill relaxed” atmosphere of the brasserie, which can also be used as co-working space.
