The historic establishment on rue Paccard has been restored to its former glory. Shoukâ has revived its soul through the divine scents of coffee and chocolate.

A Chamonix roaster since 2021, a visit and tasting at this gourmet establishment are a must. And if you're not there, you can always order their products online.

"At Shoukâ, you go in for a pack of coffee, come out with half a dozen chocolate bars, tea, coated cocoa beans and dried fruit for breakfast! And then, of course, with a coffee to go, accompanied by a homemade muffin.
